Fronting her first band in high school, and later becoming the lead singer of the band Bell Tower Dreams, a four-piece pop/rock band out of Vancouver, Kassie continued to thrive not only as a songwriter, but also as a performer. In between writing original content, Kassie keeps busy recording covers on her Instagram, YouTube and Facebook channel: collectively earning over 12 million views.

Kassie states she originally came up with the idea while jokingly combining her love of music, fitness and comedy. Ultimately, this combination would create her first fitness Parody “All About Those Gains”, which instantly went viral and prompted her to release a second Parody,  “All I Want for Christmas, is Gains” the following year. Both in turn have “Gained” her worldwide attention with notable features by: ESPN, People Magazine, CBC and Kiss Radio
